Payment and Delivery
1) By making a Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
In payments made by money order, the delivery period starts after the product amount in question is transferred to our account. This also includes payments made by money order. If the money order you indicated was made is not transferred to our account within 7 business days, the order in question is considered invalid.
2) With your credit cards through our website
Purchases made with Visa and Master Card are made via 128 Bit SSL and allow single payment or installment purchases with credit cards that have an agreement. Valid credit cards are listed during the shopping steps.
After the approval process of your orders is completed, they will be delivered to our contracted cargo company within 3 business days at the latest. The cargo cost for shipments by cargo is not included in your order amount. Depending on the weight and volume of the product you will purchase, changes in the cargo price may be observed.
You can learn the delivery conditions by contacting our customer service. Only domestic deliveries are available for cargo.
In case of order cancellation due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, the money will be refunded to your credit card within seven business days.
3) Order Price Refund
In case of cancellation of your orders due to possible reasons; DARKLİGHT AYDINLATMA SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within seven business days. However, you must provide your bank account information and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's financial authorities.
4) Delivery
We strive to deliver the products you have ordered on the same day. For products that take time to be delivered, the cargo delivery period is 3 business days as stated in the product details. In case of a possible delay in delivery, you will be informed.
In order for the product delivery to be carried out without any delay, please provide the address of your location as the delivery address during the day.
Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent by a contracted cargo company. After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the cargo company within three business days at the latest.
You can discuss different delivery terms by consulting our customer representative. Also, cargo deliveries are only valid for Türkiye.
5) Payment Tracking
If the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this situation on the payment page.
In case of any error at the specified address, the orderer will be contacted regarding the order that could not be delivered.
The validity of the e-mail address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent following the transfer of the order.
We are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use for the delivery.
6) Security Measures
Orders placed in our store enter the delivery process after passing through various security stages. Our store managers may request additional information from you to complete these transactions completely. The customer is responsible for meeting these requests, and if there are unmet requests or orders that may raise suspicion, they may not be sent or fulfilled. In addition, our company cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or false information provided by the consumer.
7) Your Personal Information
In order to have a problem-free shopping experience, you must enter your member information completely and without errors. In order for us to deliver the product you have purchased to you, your name, surname, phone number, address and Turkish ID number must be entered in the invoice and delivery information field. This information is both a security and legal requirement. Please review the information text for detailed information.
8) Errors
Our store cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur in the product description, name, price, image, etc.
9) Product Prices
All fees determined and collected by our store are clearly displayed with the products for our customers to see. These prices cannot be objected to later.
10) Shipping Fee
The shipping fee will be paid by the customer who places the order. However, due to periodic campaigns, shipping fees over a certain amount will be covered by Malhan Partners and this notification will be clearly stated on the site. When paying by credit card, the shipping fee is also clearly visible. In payments to be made by money transfer, the shipping fee should be asked in advance. If there is a campaign regarding shipping fees, the necessary notification will be made and will automatically be reflected in the payment plan. Other shipping fees are paid by the customer.
Please pay attention!
Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the authorized person of the company you received the product from. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product after a report is drawn up with the cargo company.
Once the product is received, it is deemed that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
If the product is damaged: Send the report you have prepared to fax number 0 212 603 02 03 as soon as possible and report the situation to info@darklight.com.tr.
If you complete these procedures, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
